Litigation Associate
The litigation group is expanding its San Francisco and South Bay presence and seeks a mid-level associate to step directly into substantive disputes. You will handle commercial and business litigation matters for clients in technology, real estate, manufacturing, and professional services. The docket includes breach of contract, shareholder disputes, trade secret misappropriation, and business torts, with regular opportunities to draft pleadings, argue motions, take and defend depositions, and prepare cases for trial or arbitration.
What this firm is looking for
- 4 to 6 years of commercial or business litigation experience in a law firm setting
- Active membership in the California Bar
- Demonstrated deposition, motion practice, and courtroom experience
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently while collaborating within a close-knit trial team
