You will draft dispositive motions, conduct factual development, and argue discovery disputes in state and federal courts. Daily work involves steering cases from initial answer through pretrial maneuvering, with direct client contact on exposure assessments.
What this firm is looking for
- 2 - 6 years of civil defense litigation experience
- Skill in drafting dispositive motions and managing discovery
- Comfortable handling court appearances and depositions
- Licensed and in good standing in Texas
- Capable of operating in a hybrid work arrangement
