Businesses and professionals facing threats to their operations rely on this firm to defend their interests in court. The docket runs the gamut from breach-of-contract disputes to tort claims in Washington state and federal courts. An incoming associate will draft dispositive motions, manage discovery, and argue hearings at both the trial and appellate levels.

- 6+ years of civil litigation experience
- Proven track record handling matters from pleadings through resolution
- Strong motion practice and courtroom skills
- Ability to manage a docket independently
- Licensed to practice in Washington
