You will counsel hospital systems and provider groups through Medicare compliance disputes, navigate state licensing board investigations, and structure transactions that clear regulatory hurdles. The seat is open because client demand outpaced existing capacity.
What this firm is looking for
- 10+ years of healthcare regulatory experience
- Deep knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid compliance frameworks
- Proven track record advising provider groups or hospital systems
- Portable business sufficient for a partner-level practice
- Active bar admission in Colorado
