This healthcare litigation group in Houston is deepening its bench as enforcement actions and payer-provider disputes multiply. You will defend hospitals and physician networks in regulatory investigations, coverage litigation, and administrative proceedings across Texas federal and state courts. Work splits between home and the office.
What this firm is looking for
- 7–15 years of litigation experience, with substantial exposure to healthcare regulatory matters
- Active practice in federal and Texas state courts, including administrative and appellate proceedings
- Experience representing hospitals, physician groups, or other healthcare providers in enforcement or coverage disputes
- Comfort with a hybrid work arrangement anchored in Houston
