Medical malpractice defense needed for mid-level attorney to join our group, handling matters at trial and in appellate courts. Typical clients are healthcare providers in Boston. Opportunity for substantial work on behalf of doctors, nurses, and hospitals. A seat is open after a lateral move.
What this firm is looking for
- Practice-regulatory and healthcare / med mal litigation defense
- 2 to 7 years of experience in med mal defense
- Licensed in MA, with capability to be licensed in NH and VT
- Background in clinical care, and/or written and verbal discovery
- Skilled in motion practice, trials, and appeals
