Health tech clients here span diagnostics platforms, provider tools, and reimbursement infrastructure—from Series B through post-IPO. The seat opened after a promotion to VP-level; you'll inherit a docket of FDA regulatory counseling, digital health contracting, and strategic M&A support in a remote structure with optional presence in New York, San Francisco, or Boston.
What this firm is looking for
- 8–15 years of health technology legal experience, including regulatory and commercial matters
- Substantive exposure to FDA digital health policy, telemedicine regulations, or healthcare reimbursement frameworks
- Deal experience: venture financings, strategic alliances, or M&A in the life sciences or health tech sector
- Admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; multi-state flexibility preferred
- Comfort integrating AI-driven workflow tools into legal practice
