The clients are life sciences companies navigating complex commercial and regulatory landscapes. They need counsel who can structure IP-heavy transactions, negotiate licensing arrangements, and address healthcare compliance issues tied to their deals. You will draft and negotiate agreements central to drug development, medical device distribution, and research partnerships.
What this firm is looking for
- 2 - 4 years of relevant transactional experience
- Background in intellectual property and technology transactions
- Familiarity with life sciences regulatory and healthcare frameworks
- Juris Doctor degree
- Bar admission in a participating jurisdiction
