Litigation Associate Attorney

You'll champion clients from all walks of life, those injured due to the negligence of others. Your docket will feature a mix of pre-litigation and active litigation cases. Litigate cases at the trial level, handling depositions, motions, and court appearances. Participate in client consultations, settlement negotiations, and strategic planning.
What this firm is looking for
- 3 to 10 years of litigation experience
- Active Illinois bar admission
- Comfort with courtroom procedures
- Experience handling personal injury cases
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
