This role supports those navigating the complexities of Canadian immigration law. Directly engage with clients from various industries, ensuring their cases progress smoothly from initial application to resolution. Manage a spectrum of immigration matters, from employment-based visas to citizenship applications. Collaborate with an in-house legal team to guide both individual applicants and corporate clients through the process
What this firm is looking for
- Substantial experience in Canadian immigration law (4-15 years)
- Proven track record in managing complex immigration cases
- Proficient in AI legal tools and legal operations management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working in a hybrid environment
