Day-one docket: H-1B, O-1, and EB-1A petitions for AI company founders and machine-learning engineers, plus cap-subject filings and PERM labor certification. You will draft RFE responses for USCIS, counsel clients on visa strategy before consular posts, and supervise paralegals on document-intensive filings. Attorney review of AI-assisted drafts is standard here; your role is to validate, refine, and sign off on every submission.
What this firm is looking for
- 1–3 years of business immigration experience, with direct H-1B and O-1 petition preparation
- Active bar membership in any U.S. jurisdiction
- Comfort working with technology-assisted workflow tools under attorney oversight
- Ability to work on-site in San Francisco or New York
