The real estate litigation group here is expanding its footprint in landlord-tenant disputes, construction defect cases, and development-related contract fights across New York's five boroughs and adjacent counties. You will handle bench and jury trials in state and federal court, advise commercial property owners on lease enforcement, and counsel residential developers facing construction lien litigation. The work spans motion practice through verdict, with direct client contact in an environment that rewards autonomy.

- 12 to 15 years of real estate litigation experience, with demonstrated first-chair trial or arbitration work
- Portable practice or ability to build one within an established NYC real estate market
- Experience litigating commercial lease disputes, construction defects, or property development conflicts
- Admission to practice in New York (or ability to obtain it promptly)
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangement and direct client development responsibility
