The Denver office is growing its real estate bench to match deal flow from developers, REITs, and lenders active across the Mountain West. You will handle acquisition and disposition work, negotiate construction and permanent financing, and advise on joint-venture structures for mixed-use and multifamily projects. Some matters involve Colorado state court litigation over title or lease disputes; others sit in pure transaction mode from LOI through closing. Three to five years of real estate experience, ideally with exposure to both deal work and attendant disputes.
What this firm is looking for
- 3–5 years of real estate experience at a law firm
- Demonstrated deal work: acquisitions, dispositions, financing, or joint ventures
- Exposure to real estate litigation, title issues, or lease disputes
- Active bar membership in good standing; Colorado bar preferred or willingness to obtain
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
