This role suits an associate who thrives in the courtroom and enjoys digging into complex property disputes. You will manage cases involving commercial lease breaches, boundary disagreements, and specific performance actions for local developers and investors. The work requires drafting motions, taking depositions, and appearing at hearings in state and federal courts throughout the Bay Area.
What this firm is looking for
- 2 to 6 years of experience in real estate litigation
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- Strong background in commercial property dispute resolution
- Proven ability to handle discovery and court appearances independently
