The M&A group is busy with sell-side and buy-side transactions for biotech, medical device, and health tech clients—deals ranging from strategic acquisitions to cross-border carve-outs. You would draft and negotiate purchase agreements, manage due diligence workstreams, and advise boards on deal structure and fiduciary considerations. The caseload blends public company M&A with private equity-backed transactions in the life sciences sector.
What this firm is looking for
- 3-5 years of corporate M&A experience at a law firm
- Experience representing buyers and sellers in negotiated acquisitions
- Familiarity with life sciences or technology sector transactions
- Strong drafting skills and ability to run discrete deal workstreams
