You will manage complex permanent residence and temporary visa files while integrating AI tools to streamline case workflows. The work involves direct counsel to individuals and businesses navigating evolving federal regulations, with an emphasis on strategic file management rather than courtroom litigation.
What this firm is looking for
- 5+ years of experience practicing Canadian immigration law
- Proven track record managing a substantial portfolio of client files
- Strong interest in leveraging legal technology and AI for efficiency
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for client advisement
- Membership in good standing with a Canadian provincial law society
