What this firm is looking for
- Active membership in the State Bar of California
- Two to ten years of direct workers' compensation defense experience
- Proven track record managing a personal caseload before the WCAB
- Strong aptitude for legal writing and oral advocacy
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment
