Seattle’s busy court dockets are creating a new seat at this plaintiff-side injury firm. The incoming attorney will manage a docket of bodily injury claims from intake through trial prep, dealing directly with reluctant carriers and liability disputes. You will guide clients through the long-term consequences of their injuries, ensuring they never regret leaving a valid claim unchallenged.
What this firm is looking for
- 2 - 8 years of litigation experience
- Background handling personal injury or bodily harm matters
- Comfortable with court appearances and depositions
- Willingness to work on-site in Seattle
