The Senior Associate will manage a significant docket of estate planning matters, primarily focused on trusts and probate. Half of your clients are businesspeople with family firms or trust-based assets. You will draft documents and attend settlement meetings for individuals, while sustaining relationships with their financial advisors. This is primarily for clients across the country.
What this firm is looking for
- 4 - 8 years of experience in trusts and estates law
- Proven ability to handle estate planning, probate, and trust administration
- Strong communication skills for client and advisor relationships
- Experience with Australian estate planning law and court procedures
- Remote-working proficiency with practice management software
