Mid-market companies and private clients turn to this group when a dispute threatens something they’ve spent years building — a commercial relationship, a family legacy, or control of an enterprise. The work runs from breach-of-contract and business-tort suits to contested probate and trust matters that require courtroom fluency and a steady hand. You’ll draft pleadings and motions, take and defend depositions, and step into hearings and settlement conferences where preparation and judgment carry the day.
What this firm is looking for
- Four to six years of civil litigation experience, ideally with exposure to trust and estate disputes
- Demonstrated ability to manage written discovery and motion practice with minimal oversight
- Deposition experience and first-chair comfort in law-and-motion hearings
- Active membership in the California Bar
