The trusts and estates practice is growing its bench of mid-level attorneys as client demand shifts toward complex multigenerational wealth transfers and business succession planning. You will draft revocable and irrevocable trusts, prepare estate and gift tax returns, and advise Valley-based business owners and families on entity structuring, charitable vehicles, and post-mortem administration. Work runs from routine probate avoidance to contested trust litigation support, with direct client contact from intake through distribution.
What this firm is looking for
- 2–4 years of estate planning experience at a law firm
- Active California bar membership in good standing
- Hands-on drafting of trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and advance directives
- Working familiarity with federal estate and gift tax regimes and California probate procedure
