The trusts and estates group is expanding its capacity for multigenerational planning at a moment when generational wealth transfer is accelerating across the Valley's closely held businesses and real estate families. You will structure complex trusts, navigate California probate administration, and advise clients on estate tax minimization and business succession. The work is deeply relational—clients return for decades, and the matters cross into corporate, tax, and litigation counsel within the firm.
What this firm is looking for
- 10 to 20 years of estate planning experience with substantial trust and probate exposure
- California bar admission in active standing
- Demonstrated ability to manage standalone client relationships and originate or expand a book of business
- Comfort advising across income, gift, and estate tax considerations for business owners and high-net-worth individuals
- Willingness to work hybrid schedule from Los Angeles-area office
