Litigation Associate
This role plunges you into high-exposure commercial disputes—contract, fiduciary duty, fraud, and business tort matters on behalf of private equity sponsors, real estate developers, and financial-services clients. You will draft pleadings and dispositive motions, manage document discovery, take and defend depositions, and prepare evidentiary hearings and trial presentations. The current docket includes matters venued in New York Commercial Division, Delaware Chancery, and multiple federal districts.
What this firm is looking for
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active New York Bar membership.
- 2 to 7 years of commercial litigation experience at a law firm.
- Demonstrated ability to draft motions and briefs independently.
- Deposition, hearing, or trial preparation experience.
- Strong academic credentials and precise analytical writing.
