This seat opens as the firm expands its trial docket in San Luis Obispo County. You will manage active caseloads from discovery through verdict, appearing regularly in state court for motion hearings and depositions. The role demands immediate ownership of plaintiff-side personal injury and criminal defense matters without the buffer of large-firm hierarchies.
What this firm is looking for
- Active membership in the State Bar of California
- 1 to 3 years of litigation experience
- Proven courtroom presence and motion practice skills
- Experience with civil discovery and deposition taking
- Strong writing ability for briefs and pleadings
