Nationwide law firm with a client-focused model across finance, regulatory, and restructuring matters
Government & Regulatory Affairs Associate – Trade Remedies
This Washington, New York, or Chicago seat is open as the firm expands its trade remedies practice alongside existing government and regulatory work. You will handle Section 232 and 337 investigations, anti-dumping and countervailing duty proceedings before the ITC and Commerce Department, and related trade policy counseling for manufacturing and energy clients. Matters frequently intersect with finance and restructuring when tariffs disrupt supply chains or trigger contract disputes. The role is hybrid, with meaningful time in the office for client-facing hearings and trial preparation.

- Strong writing and advocacy skills for both administrative proceedings and client counseling
- J.D. and membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
