Senior Bankruptcy Attorney — Practice Lead
This practice group is expanding its consumer bankruptcy docket and needs a seasoned attorney to guide it. You will steer Chapter 7 filings from petition through discharge while litigating rescission claims against solar finance companies. The dockets are heavy, the debtors are individuals, and the opposing counsel are in-house units defending installment contracts. Texas remote work is the arrangement; the courtroom posture is adversarial and debtor-driven.
What this firm is looking for
- 10+ years of bankruptcy experience
- Deep familiarity with Chapter 7 procedures and discharge litigation
- Background confronting solar or consumer finance contracts
- Bar admission in Texas
- Capacity to lead a remote practice group
