Finance Associate Attorney (Mid-Level) - Borrower/Sponsor Side

The successful candidate will stepping into a varied deal flow. Work for borrower clients in the finance sector. A deal currently in the pipeline involves a distressed manufacturing company. Represent clients in out-of-court restructurings and in-court proceedings. Expect private equity funds and other institutional lenders.
What this firm is looking for
- 3 to 6 years of finance and restructuring experience
- Must have a keen understanding of restructuring and insolvency matters on the borrower/sponsor side
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills are a must
- Ability to manage complex financial restructuring scenarios
