The derivatives and structured products group is deepening its work on buy-side and sell-side regulatory and transactional matters. You would advise asset managers, banks, and trading platforms on swap documentation, clearing rules, and CFTC/SEC compliance, with a clear path toward CDO/CLO and cross-border repackaging work. The group operates leanly—partners remain hands-on, and mid-level lawyers run deal architecture directly.
What this firm is looking for
- 5-7 years of derivatives experience at a law firm or financial institution
- Documented work on ISDA documentation, clearing compliance, or structured finance
- Admitted to practice in New York
- Comfort with both regulatory counseling and transactional execution
- J.D. from an accredited law school
