This role sits in the employment group of a firm that handles workers' compensation, general liability, and DWA/OSIP audits across the state. You'll represent employers in single-plaintiff and class action discrimination, harassment, and wage-and-hour matters from pleading through trial. Clients span logistics, healthcare, manufacturing, and public-sector contracts. The work is primarily remote, with occasional court appearances in San Francisco, the South Bay, and Los Angeles.
What this firm is looking for
- 8+ years of employment law experience, defense-side preferred
- Trial experience or meaningful second-chair work in California state or federal court
- Active California bar membership in good standing
- Demonstrated client contact and case-management autonomy
- Comfort advising on parallel workers' compensation and employment issues
