A self-starter with 7+ years’ experience in labor and employment law thrives in this role. You’ll advise clients on policy issues, investigate employee relations matters, and defend labor and employment disputes. Drafting employment agreements and litigating employment cases form the core of your work. Clients are mainly tech startups and well-established companies.
What this firm is looking for
- 7+ years of post-law school experience in labor and employment law
- Strong litigation and advocacy skills
- Deal posture experience in employment cases
- Experience in the industries of private equity, venture capital, and fundraising
- TX bar admission
