Labor & Employment Counsel
Labor & Employment Counsel will advise on labor and employment matters, focusing on preventative employment law and litigating employment claims through trial. Most clients are in manufacturing, technology or hospitality. Candidates who excel in this role are highly effective counselors and litigators, with a strong command of employment law nuance. Routine matters include reviewing agreements, policies, and handbooks; conducting due diligence in M&A & corporate transactions; and litigating claims in state, federal, and administrative courts.
What this firm is looking for
- 9 to 12 years of strong labor & employment experience.
- Handled hundreds of employment disputes in federal, state, and administrative levels.
- Aptitude for guiding domestic and multinational businesses on labor issues.
- Strong command of client counseling, bench trials, jury trials, and appeals.
- Licensed to practice in Los Angeles, Boston, New York, or Washington DC.
