This group handles high-stakes coverage disputes and bad-faith litigation against carriers on behalf of policyholders across industries. You will take depositions, draft dispositive motions, and manage cases in state and federal court with direct client contact. The work sits at the intersection of complex contract interpretation and tort strategy, with matters frequently reaching seven-figure recoveries.
What this firm is looking for
- 3-8 years of civil litigation experience with substantive deposition and motion practice
- Background in insurance coverage, bad faith, or complex commercial disputes preferred
- Trial preparation experience; first-chair or second-chair exposure a plus
- Active California bar membership, or ability to waive in promptly
- Comfort with autonomous case management and direct client communication
