General Liability Mid-Level Associate
This Atlanta-based general liability role puts you in the thick of coverage disputes, premises liability claims, and trucking and transportation incidents for insurers and corporate policyholders. You'll take depositions, draft dispositive motions, and argue in Georgia state and federal courts while working hybrid from Los Angeles or San Francisco.
What this firm is looking for
- 4–9 years of general liability or insurance defense experience
- Active bar membership in good standing
- Deposition and motion practice in Georgia courts
- Experience with premises liability, trucking, or coverage litigation preferred
- Self-directed attorney comfortable with hybrid work arrangement
