The Los Angeles market is generating a strong caseload, and this seat is open to handle an expanding premises liability docket. You will defend owners and operators against negligence claims stemming from site conditions, steering matters from early pleadings and depositions through trial preparation. The work demands direct client counsel and tight motion practice in California state courts.
What this firm is looking for
- 5 - 15 years of civil litigation experience
- Substantial background handling premises liability defense
- Familiarity with California state court procedures
- Demonstrated ability to manage active caseloads from intake through resolution
