Junior General Liability Associate
Handle high-volume general liability cases across multiple industries, a majority involving insurance defense. Collaborate with a cross-functional team on subrogation, premises liability, and other tort matters. Initial caseload includes both active lawsuits and pre-litigation claims. Expect a balance of state and federal court cases, with a particular focus on plaintiffs' discovery and motions practice.
What this firm is looking for
- 2-4 years of experience as an attorney in defense litigation
- Georgia bar membership or ability to waive in
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Experience with insurance industry clients
- Understanding of court procedures and trial experience
