The New York market remains active for construction coverage disputes, and this seat opened to accommodate rising case volume. The hired attorney will litigate insurance matters stemming from complex construction defects, project delays, and site liability claims. Daily work involves drafting dispositive motions, managing fact-intensive discovery, and appearing in New York state and federal courts.
What this firm is looking for
- 3 - 5 years of insurance litigation experience
- Background handling construction or defect-related disputes
- Familiarity with New York state and federal court procedures
- Strong legal writing and motion practice skills
