San Francisco policyholders need an advocate who can dismantle a wrongful denial and build a coverage case from the ground up. This role exists because the pipeline of bad-faith, D&O, commercial property, and professional liability disputes keeps growing, and the team needs another lawyer who can draft dispositive motions, take depositions, and walk into state and federal court ready to try a case. You’ll represent real estate developers, healthcare companies, and technology firms pushing back when carriers refuse to honor their promises.
What this firm is looking for
- 3 to 10 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation, with a focus on representing policyholders
- Hands-on responsibility for drafting coverage opinions, pleadings, and summary-judgment briefs
- Deposition and court-appearance experience in complex commercial coverage matters
- Admitted to the California bar and able to work on-site in San Francisco
