This role suits an associate who thrives on developing case strategy from pleadings through trial. You will manage a mixed docket of general liability and auto accident claims, handling discovery disputes, depositions, and summary judgment motions in state and federal courts throughout Texas. The position offers regular court appearances and direct client interaction within a hybrid work model.
What this firm is looking for
- Active license to practice law in Texas
- Two to six years of experience in insurance defense or personal injury litigation
- Demonstrated experience taking and defending depositions
- Strong motion practice and legal research skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
