Employers across California need seasoned counsel to navigate complex workplace disputes and liability exposure. You will direct employment litigation and advise on workers' compensation, subrogation, and OSIP audits. Matters range from administrative hearings to contested courtroom battles involving systemic risk. This role requires a practitioner ready to drive case strategy and client counsel remotely or from the Los Angeles, San Francisco, or South Bay Area offices.
What this firm is looking for
- 10+ years of practice in employment law
- Substantial experience with workers' compensation matters
- Familiarity with OSIP/DWA audits and subrogation
- Proven ability to manage litigation from early posture through trial or resolution
- Licensed to practice in California
