This desk carries an active mix of business disputes, partnership and shareholder fights, and real estate litigation through trial and arbitration. Clients span developers, closely held companies, and family offices with complex assets in play. You'll draft dispositive motions, manage discovery, and take or defend key depositions with partner mentorship.
What this firm is looking for
- 4–8 years of litigation experience, preferably with trial-level responsibility
- Strong brief writing and oral advocacy in California state and federal court
- Experience managing document-heavy discovery and working with expert witnesses
- J.D. and California bar membership in good standing
