A Los Angeles-based law and finance practice focused on distressed matters and restructurings
Bankruptcy Associate
The docket runs from middle-market chapter 11 representations to out-of-court workouts and creditors’ committee engagements. You will draft first-day motions, argue lift-stay and adequate-protection disputes, and negotiate plan-support agreements across industries that include hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, and commercial real estate. The role pairs lead-associate autonomy on smaller cases with meaningful support roles on complex national restructurings. A hybrid schedule anchors the team in Los Angeles.
