This attorney will handle a diverse range of labor and employment matters, including defense of wage & hour class actions and PAGA claims, as well as litigation of discrimination and wrongful termination cases in state and federal courts. Docket includes high-stakes matters for clients in the technology, healthcare, and retail industries, with a balance of plaintiff and defense work. Expect to handle trials and arbitrations, with some transactions and people management.
What this firm is looking for
- 8+ years' experience in employment law with a strong focus on litigation
- Admitted to practice in California. Admission to federal courts a plus.
- Experience with trial and arbitration practice in both plaintiff and defense matters.
- Strong writing, advocacy, and communication skills.
- A client-facing, problem-solving mindset.
