The labor and employment practice is expanding its senior ranks to handle complex workplace disputes and counseling matters across media, technology, and real estate investment clients. You will litigate in federal and state courts, advise on executive agreements and separation negotiations, and guide companies through workforce reductions and regulatory compliance. The work demands fluency in both contentious and advisory postures, often involving venture-backed employers navigating rapid growth or restructuring.
What this firm is looking for
- 10 to 20 years of labor and employment law experience, with substantial litigation and counseling exposure
- Track record handling disputes in federal and state court, including class and collective actions
- Experience advising media, technology, venture capital, or real estate sector clients
- Ability to work from New York or Los Angeles offices on a hybrid schedule
