You'll manage employment litigation and counsel clients in entertainment and insurance industries. Duties include defending wage & hour class actions in federal and state courts, and handling labor disputes, with M&D. Guidance on compliance, drafting of company policy. FLSA matters.
What this firm is looking for

- Experience in wage & hour litigation, labor disputes, and FLSA matters
- Strong litigation skills, with experience in federal and state courts
- Advice on policy and compliance.
