You will lead cases through trial or arbitration while advising on sensitive internal investigations and policy implementation. The role demands immediate ownership of a diverse docket involving wage-and-hour class actions and executive departures. Attorneys here operate at the intersection of rigorous litigation and proactive risk management.
What this firm is looking for
- 6 to 12 years of substantive labor and employment experience
- Proven track record managing complex litigation from filing through resolution
- Experience counseling government entities or real estate industry clients
- Active membership in the State Bar of California
