Labor & Employment Associate
Join an established practice in Boston, New York, Los Angeles, or Washington DC. Departure of a senior associate opens a seat in active labor and employment work. Expect to handle matters such as wage and hour suits, discrimination claims, and non-compete agreements, and represent a variety of industries, including tech, retail, and hospitality. Notably, manage cases with the EEOC and others at various procedural stages.
What this firm is looking for
- Juris Doctor and license to practice law in the relevant state
- 3 to 5 years of experience in labor and employment law
- Influence with federal courts and agencies and state courts
- Proven ability to independently manage complex litigation and case management
