Senior Litigator
This Los Angeles or New York seat opened after a partner departure to the bench. The successor will take point on real estate litigation involving development disputes and financing enforcement actions, often with venture-backed developers as adverse parties. Work splits between state court bench trials, federal injunction practice, and arbitration under AAA rules. Hybrid schedule with three days in office.
What this firm is looking for
- 10 to 25 years of litigation experience, with substantial real estate or commercial dispute work
- First-chair trial or arbitration experience in bench or jury settings
- Active matters in media, venture capital, or real estate-focused client industries
- Admission to practice in California or New York; portability for multi-state litigation
- Comfort with hybrid work model across Los Angeles or New York office
