The work demands rigorous legal analysis and a steady hand in contested proceedings.
What this firm is looking for
- 2 - 7 years of litigation defense experience
- Strong brief-writing and oral advocacy skills
- Comfort with complex procedural and evidentiary issues
- Bar admission in California preferred
- Ability to manage matters with limited oversight
