The Law and Motion Associate will draft and argue dispositive briefs, oppose complex discovery, and shape case posture before state and federal courts. Expect substantial courtroom contact and deep involvement in contested matters across varied industries.
What this firm is looking for
- 2 – 10 years of civil litigation experience
- Demonstrated skill drafting and arguing law and motion matters
- Familiarity with California state and federal court procedures
- Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid work environment
