Developers and entertainment executives navigating complex transactions and disputes need counselors who understand the stakes. In this role, you will drive real estate deals from letter of intent through closing, advise on corporate structures, and handle litigation posture when deals sour. You will work directly with sophisticated clients across the real estate and entertainment sectors in a hybrid Los Angeles setup.
What this firm is looking for
- 4–8 years of legal experience
- Substantial practice in real estate transactions
- Familiarity with corporate and entertainment matters
- Bar admission in California
- Comfort with hybrid work in Los Angeles
